OUR BACKUP SERVICE

If you live in the Melbourne Metropolitan area we have two backup service options to assist you. From inspecting your installation through to coming out and giving you advice to suit your particular project. Unfortunatley this isn't a free service - we charge $99 inc GST for the visit (up to thirty minutes) 

INSTALLATION INSPECTION

Once you have installed your DIY Kit, would you like the peace of mind of knowing its all been done right? Our qualified inspector can visit your home in the Melbourne Metropolitan area and check over your installation. He will offer some suggestions and tips if required.

INSTALLATION ADVICE

You've watched the video, you've called us for advice, you've looked at the pictures but just don't know how to do something. Our qualified professional can come to your home in the Melbourne Metropolitan area and give you the advice you need. He won't do the work for you, but can guide you through it while he is there if you are willing to do it there and then. Remember he is only there for up to thirty minutes - if you think you will need him longer we charge $70 per helf hour after the first thirty minutes.
